Practical Guide
The Practical Guide provides a simply-worded, accurate and practical insight into the World Trade Organization (WTO) for human rights advocates. It is unique in providing concrete examples of how trade and trade rules developed in the WTO and elsewhere can affect human rights, as well as detailed reference and contact information for those wishing to learn more about how to undertake work relating to trade. It is designed to help human rights groups direct their activities on economic justice to the point where they can be most effective.
No prior knowledge of trade or economic issues is required to read and make good use of the Practical Guide.
The first, English-language edition of the Practical Guide was published in December 2004, in collaboration with FORUM-ASIA.

Chapter for training manual (Diplomacy Training Programme)
